How long have you been in business?
I have been practicing trial law for over 40 years.
What is your primary product or service?
I provide the highest quality legal representation in a variety of forums (state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies, mediation and arbitration). My practice concentrates on complex and sophisticated disputes, especially those concerning foreign individuals and businesses. I have achieved the results my clients sought in a wide variety of substantive areas, including high net worth domestic relations, construction and real estate disputes, contract matters, and intellectual property.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Before going to Harvard Law School, I was a reporter for the Washington Post. The two careers have several things in common: First, you must determine the issue; second, you must find the facts or evidence; third, you must present the facts in a clear and persuasive manner to your audience, whether it is newspaper reader or a juror.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have an abundance of experience in litigation; therefore, I have probably handled a case like yours so I will hit the ground running and won't have to re-invent the wheel. This will get you results faster and cheaper. My ability has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell, the pre-eminent source of lawyer ratings that has given me its highest AV rating for over 35 years or by AVVO which has given me its highest rating of Superb (10).
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Although I have only one office, I have practiced in many state and federal courts throughout the country. If it will advance your needs, I can represent you wherever you need representation.
