How long have you been in business?
14 years. We started in commercial pest control and branched into residential pest control.
What is your primary product or service?
For many of our customers we are a one-stop service provider. We provide residential and commercial pest congtrol (mice, ants, flea & cockroach) protect their trees in the Spring from gypsy moth and winter moth caterpillars and, protect the whole family and pets through Spring, Summer and Fall from ticks, mosquitoes and fleas in the yard.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was asked to help build a commercial pest control service for a company and eventually found that I greatly enjoyed helping people and providing solutions.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
No two customers are the same. Many companies force their technicians to focus on getting as many stops done in a day as possible with the intention to go back and fix any problems that occur. Our focus is on doing the job right the first time, we have a less than 2% call back rate. Annual contracts? While a small number of customers need them but mostly these are sold to profit the service provider.
