What is your primary product or service?
Our entire team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants concentrate solely in personal injury law. We do nothing else.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I always wanted to help people and loved the law. It is a great feeling to know you have helped a family who has been through tragedy.

Our experience and compassion are the difference. Our attorneys have over 185 years of combined experience and we pride ourselves in the extraordinary client service we give. You will always be informed and all your questions will be answered. We want our clients to be clients for a lifetime.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have several offices throughout Massachusetts. Our main offices are in Boston, Brockton, and Framingham. However, we will certainly travel to you if it is more convenient. We are here to help in any way we can.

What type of payments do you accept?
We get paid on a contingency fee basis, which means we get paid only if we are successful for you. Our fees come from any insurance recoveries we get for you. You will never have to reach into your pocket and pay us anything.
Which areas do you service?
We handle automobile accidents, slip and fall, worker's compensation, wrongful death, dogbites, sexual harassment in the workplace, social security disability claims (SSDI/SSI), medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and all other personal injury matters.

What are your hours of operation?
Our offices are open from 8 to 6 Monday through Friday. However, we have attorneys on call 24 -7, evenings and weekends. Call us anytime and we will get back to you within an hour.
