My wife and I recently bought a house and debated upon buying new carpet or having the carpet cleaned. After noticing the rave reviews about Modernistic we decided to schedule an appointment. Our technician that arrived Danny was right on time during the slot that was given. He introduced himself in a very professional way, and got to looking through the rooms we were having cleaned. He gave us his honest and professional advice on how cleaning the carpet will turn out great, and much more cost effective than replacing the carpet. Our house was a rental unit prior to us moving in, so the upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stairs needed some love. Jay reassured us that the end result will look great and we will be happy with our decision. Needless to say we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. All stains were gone and it only took Jay about an hour to do our upstairs. He made sure our furniture had padding around the legs and informed us how to keep our carpet lasting long. Jay was very personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work. Not only would we recommend Modernistic, but we would recommend Danny to be anyone's carpet technician. Thanks again!
