How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ever since studying at Georgetown University in Washington DC. Back in 1991 while a student I starting working at the Georgetown BISL (business information systems laboratory), which was the computer lab for the business school - that is really where I started working in the IT services field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Real based in the USA technicians answer our phones, we do not outsource this outside of the US. We have been in business since February 2002, and carry an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (members for over 5 years BBB eastern MA chapter with A+ rating prior to changing chapters - currently members of BBB south TX chapter since September 2012 with an A+ rating - so to date [today is 7/15/14] over 7 years).
We are a compilation of senior level (L2 - L3) computer, networking, general IT, data cabling and telecommunications services technicians, many with overlapping and complementary skill sets able to resolve almost any IT and data communication related issue quickly. We tell the truth, even though sometimes the truth is not what our clients want to hear, we know at the end of the day our customers and clients appreciate it. We have a fast turn-around and competitive pricing. We also are fully insured, carry a multitude of technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, Sony, Avaya, etc.

Currently we offer nationwide onsite and remote desktop support services, and are supporting clients in Latin America, Canada, Europe and Asia - and are growing.
