Career Collaborative helps motivated, low-income adults succeed at a good job.
We offer our clients a comprehensive set of career services. Our job-search program includes a four-week job-search/job-readiness class, an eight-week structured support group, and 20 practice interviews with volunteers from a variety of professions. Once our clients find work, we mentor them through their first two years of employment so they have the support they need to be effective and stay on the job. Throughout the program, our dedicated staff and volunteers provide individualized coaching and support so clients receive the exact assistance they need.
