We carry a full line of hydrotherapy hot tubs manufactured by Hot Spring® and Sundance. Our saunas are from the world’s largest sauna manufacturer, Helo Sauna of Finland. How long have you been in business?
New England Spas has been in business sine 1978!
What is your primary product or service?
We carry the full line of Hot Spring Spas and Sundance Spas. We have over 40 models to choose from so we are positive that we will have a hot tub that will meet all of your needs! We also carry HELO infrared and traditional saunas.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We carry the top 2 brands of hot tubs in the world. We offer a free in-home design consultation/site survey to help a customer find the perfect spot for a hot tub or sauna. Come into the showroom and test out our spas. We have some running for you in our private mood room. Financing available for qualified buyers. We realize that everyone's time is very valuable and with that in mind we strive to make your hot tub or sauna shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 locations. Natick is our headquarters, Auburn in the Worcester area and Norwell serving the entire south shore area.

Auburn: 4 Johnson Street is opposite the "Heritage Mall" and a half mile south of the "Auburn Mall." New England Spas & Sunrooms is situated on the hill under Mattress Giant.
Natick: We are located on Route 9 west just before the intersection of Oak Street, across from SmartPak and Boston Interiors.
Norwell: Exit 14 from route 3, located on the right hand side of route 228 next to Reitzl Audi.
