The Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus is a non-partisan organization founded in 1971 to maximize the participation of women of all ages in the political process and to increase the number of women appointed and elected to public office and public policy positions. Caucus members include a diverse group of prominent and influential women in the political, academic, business, and non-profit communities. The organization offers programs that strive to increase the interest of women in the political process and helps them to be successful in the political arena. The MWPC also assists women who are running for office by providing them with consultation, technical assistance and training.
