How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been in the industry in some manner from the time I was attending college. I decided to take a chance and try it on my own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are upfront and honest with our clients. I will not lie to a client period. We also have strong quality control standards in place and we try to keep our prices competitive.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we have our Headquarters in Haverhill, MA and we are in thinking about expanding to Florida.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located off of Exit 48 on Interstate 495, at the lights take a left, at the stop sign take a right, we are the second building on the right hand side. Our main entrance is in the rear of the building.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, and credit cards. Terms for repeat clients.
Which areas do you service?
The entire United States, Canada and abroad.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the company and manage the day to day operations but I have managers for each department who report to me. All managers are empowered to make decisions.
What are your hours of operation?
We are currently open 8:30-5:00 but we do work overtime and weekends when needed.
