A historic house museum in Massachusetts circa 1637, the Fairbanks House is open to the public.
The Fairbanks House, built between 1637 and 1641, is believed to be the oldest timber framed building in North America. The house is open for tours May 1 through October 31, Tuesday through Saturday: first tour at 10:00 am & last tour at 4:00 pm. Sunday first tour at 1:00 & last tour at 5:00. Tours start on the hour.
