What is your primary product or service?
Providing residential design services to home owners and providing drafting support services to architects, engineers, contractors, and trade show builders in both two and three dimensional applications.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was interested in this line of work in my youth. The instructors of the drafting courses were people I could relate to and learn from. Plus I alway thought in three dimensions. It has always been easy for me to understand how things went together and therefore be able to translate that in a written form so others could understand as well.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I provide a service. A service that is based on "serving" people. I need to be available at a time and place of my client's choosing while still providing them with not only what they need, but what they need while being sensitive to the economics and the practicality of the end result.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently there is only one location and no, I do not plan on expanding.

Which areas do you service?
I primarily service Worcester County, but I also perform work for folks from all over Massachusetts. I even have a couple of national accounts. So I am not limited geographically.
