All meals are cooked to order and only the freshest and finest ingredients are used. Known locally as having the best fish & chips in town, we also have delicious home-made soups, chili and an excellent New England clam chowder. How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since September of 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
We serve freshly cooked British and American cuisine. Often weekly specials include other European classic dishes. Our soups are home-made and we use only fresh ingredients - no preservatives or frozen food in our main dishes. We also have a full service bar with an elaborate wine list.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always entertained and cooked from my own home for many years. My background is primarily corporate finance and business management, although I have extensive training in culinary arts.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because we stress fresh food, fresh and local produce, we also use local bakers for our baked goods, people notice the difference in wholesome ingredients when cooked properly. This keeps our customers coming back and we're proud of that fact. The more we educate our customers about our cooking the more they appreciate the meal served.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and have no plans to expand outside of sturbridge.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located on Route 20 West in Sturbridge (Fiskdale), MA in one of the oldest buildings in town. We are on the second floor and the entrance is on the right side of the building facing the parking lot. Finding us is our biggest obstacle.

We accept cash, VISA/MC, American Express.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are owner managed.
What are your hours of operation?
Open six days: Tuesday through Sunday. Our summer hours are as follows: Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00am to 11:00pm. Winter hours are as follows: Tuesday through Thursday, 5:00pm to 11:00pm, Friday through Sunday, 11:00am to 11:00pm.
