How long have you been in business?
We have been a beach rental colony since 1940. We are celebrating our 75th year in the business.
What is your primary product or service?
We rent 33 summer cottages with some on our private beach and some in a pine grove across the street from the beach. They are fully equipped cottages with linen and towel service. We have a selection of cottages with two, three and four bedrooms.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our cottages are fully equipped with on-site staff. We have a unique location on the ocean with a large private beach.

Follow Route 6 Mid-Cape Highway to Exit 9 and Route 134. Follow Route 134 to the end and take a left on to Lower County Road. Stay on Lower County Road until you come to Depot Street on your right. Follow Depot Street to where it ends at the Ocean House and take a left on to Chase Avenue. Dennis Seashores is 300 feet on your left. Check-in is at the Windmill.
