How long have you been in business?
Since 1989, although I began writing professionally in 1986.
What is your primary product or service?
I am mainly concentrating on manuscript editing and critique. I have always done a lot of resumes, personal statements, and sales letters. I am now contracted as Senior Editor/Copartner with AG Press and will be editing more books. Currently, I have 3 published books available in bookstores on-line.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began writing feature stories for local publications and was picked up as a stringer by South Shore News, The Mariner, and South Shore Baby Journal. I always had a passion for writing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am more diverse than most services - offering everything from gift poems to book proposals. I offer personalized service (no generic products!), have a fast turnaround, and approach each project as if it were my own order.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I expanded my services worldwide, via the internet, 2 years ago. Can't go much further than that!

I no longer meet with clients on-site in my home office. All of my work is now virtual, done by e-mail and phone.

I do everything myself.

Monday - Friday 9-5. Flexible evening appointments by phone are available from 5:30 to 6:30. No weekend hours.
