How long have you been in business?
We have been in the Real Estate business for 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Full service Real Estate including commercial, residential, short sales, builders, mortgage lenders, pre forclosure, REO, BPO and rental property.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a graduate of Boston State with a degree in Management, Our president, Elbert "Sonny" Searles, secured a position with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. After being employed for 11 years in various management positions and then leaving as Vice President of HMO Development, he started a building and development company in 1986. Over the past few years he has developed and built both residential and commercial properties. Now President of Copperwood Real Estate, Inc., Sonny is the Broker of Record who goes the extra mile to provide high quality services to his clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Honesty. Our sloagan is "Setting a Standard" and we live up to that 100%. Our agents work as a team as opposed to competing with eachother as you will find in many other Real Estate agencies. We also have a great deal of experience in helping home owners avoid foreclosure and our REO department has helped thousands of clients save their credit as well as their dignity.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, we operate at one location in a large professional building.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are very easy to find. If you are coming from downtown Brockton towards the West side, follow Pleasant street to 425 Pleasant Street. Just past the CVS on the left and right before the lights at the 7-11. Our building is directly next to the 7-11 and our offices are located on the second floor.
What type of payments do you accept?
All forms of payment are accepted. Being that we are a Real Estate agency, most of our clients are pre-approved through their mortgage company.
Which areas do you service?
All of Bristol, Plymouth and Norfolk counties.

What are your hours of operation?
Our business hours are officially 9-5, Monday through Friday. However, our agents are available for appointments that suit your own schedule.
